Facilities rooms/apartments

The small but comfortable apartments are located just off the main road, about 900 m from the shopping area, 80 m from the lovely beach of "Cala Rovira" and about 200 m from the main beach. The prices include water, gas and electricity.
Not included in the prices:
-final cleaning (30 Euro per apartment - obligatory to pay at arrival)
-bed linen (6 Euro per person)
Every apartment has it's own parking space.

In general in apartments:
On arrival a deposit per apartment has to be paid. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure as long as nothing in the apartment was damaged.
On the day of arrival the keys to the apartment can be collected between 17:00-20:00 hrs. On the day of departure the apartments must be left free before 10:00 hrs.
