These apartments were inaugurated in 2001. They are situated in the centre of Altea, about 1 km from the beach and only few metres from the centre of town.

In general in apartments:
On arrival a deposit per apartment has to be paid. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure as long as nothing in the apartment was damaged.
On the day of arrival the keys to the apartment can be collected between 17:00-20:00 hrs. On the day of departure the apartments must be left free before 10:00 hrs.
