This apartment complex consists of 17 buildings with in total 531 studios and 943 apartments. It is situated at a 10 minutes' walk from Alcudia beach. There are 8 swimming pools for adults with children's wading pool and an extra one for children only. Towels for the sunbeds by the pools are for rent. Prices include cleaning 3 times a week, clean towels 3 times a week and change of bed-linen once a week.

In general in apartments:
On arrival a deposit per apartment has to be paid. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure as long as nothing in the apartment was damaged.
On the day of arrival the keys to the apartment can be collected between 17:00-20:00 hrs. On the day of departure the apartments must be left free before 10:00 hrs.
